The transformation of a disused office into a restaurant. Two rooms on the ground floor of a listed noble palace. The place was located in a perfect position, along a very busy road in the centre of Florence, with two large windows facing the public street.
The construction of a restaurant from scratch starts with the strict respect of all regulations and connected minimum sizes. Meaning that between counter, kitchen and bathrooms, most of the two rooms would already be occupied. In close collaboration with the client we have explored pros and cons of the various solutions, to find the perfect fit before leaving the interior design to the enthusiastic owners.
